At Teesual, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Refunds are allowed only under the following conditions:

? Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
  • Once production or shipping has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

? Manufacturing Defects

We accept refunds or replacements only in case of a manufacturing defect, such as:

  • Incorrect or damaged print
  • Fabric defects
  • Incorrect size sent (not ordered size)

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Color or design preference issues
  • Minor variations in print or color
  • Damage caused due to improper use or washing

3. Defect Reporting Process

  • Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must share clear photos/videos of the defect along with the order ID.
  • Requests sent after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are offered only for confirmed manufacturing defects, subject to stock availability.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
