1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Refunds are allowed only under the following conditions:
? Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
- Once production or shipping has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
? Manufacturing Defects
We accept refunds or replacements only in case of a manufacturing defect, such as:
- Incorrect or damaged print
- Fabric defects
- Incorrect size sent (not ordered size)
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will NOT be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Color or design preference issues
- Minor variations in print or color
- Damage caused due to improper use or washing
3. Defect Reporting Process
- Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers must share clear photos/videos of the defect along with the order ID.
- Requests sent after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.
4. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are offered only for confirmed manufacturing defects, subject to stock availability.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
