Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted, as the order may already be in processing or production.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your Order ID.

Refunds & Manufacturing Defects

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

Order cancelled within 24 hours
Verified manufacturing defect (such as print damage, fabric defect, or incorrect item sent)

Important Notes:

Defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery- Before Shipping initiated
Clear photos/videos of the issue are required for verification
Issues related to size selection, color preference, or change of mind are not eligible for refunds
